Description: I love ROM2 and ran a HAT in the early 2000s. I've wanted to get back to playing and hosting a HAT for a long time but haven not been successful in getting a HAT functioning on modern hardware. I'm hoping to remedy this and then create a STEP by STEP guide for others to reference when/if they wish to host their own HAT and servers for this amazing game!
