The Evil Petting Zoo

Welcome to the evil petting zoo, we hope you enjoy your stay. We've gathered together some of the nastiest life forms that you will encounter in Rage of Mages 2. But don't you worry, they are all quite docile and comfy behind bars in our PERFECTLY SAFE cages. This is your opportunity to reach out and touch some of these amazing specimens of pure, hero-hating evil. Don't be shy, just reach your hands right in between those bars and maybe give a tug at a tuft of hair, a razor-sharp horn, or some decaying flesh. Remember, its all PERFECTLY SAFE and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. We want you to enjoy yourself and learn more about these fascinating specimens of death-dealing mayhem. Stay as long as you want and maybe next time you stop by - bring the kids, because its all PERFECTLY SAFE.
Oh and remember, please DO feed the animals - with yourself!

Wolf - Although the Druids have tamed some wolves, this particular specimen has had no such conditioning. As such it has progressed from simply being angry at its capture and caging, to a kind of seething hysteria towards any living being that it might associate with its current circumstances. Of course this overwhelming hatred is in no way related to those "Evil Petting Zoo Staff" uniforms we asked you to wear for your tour. Remember this is a petting zoo - look and DO touch.

Lizard - Not your everyday commercially exploited, animatronic, scaly creature; this species of lizard has a serious bite. Not content to just laze in the swamp beneath the stars, snapping up insects and spouting pithy one-liners, they've been known to jump from their perches in the forest surrounding Yases and devour unwary travelers. See if you can grab our caged friend's long, forked tongue which he can flick almost a yard. Feel its slimy, sandpaper like texturefor as long as you can still feel that is.

Succubus - One of the star attractions at our evil petting zoo, the Succubus helps put the E in Evil. Wielding the harshest strands of Astral magic these intelligent creatures are too wicked to exploit their true power. They are unable to band together for the common "good" and reign supreme over lesser beings, due to petty bickering and infighting whenever two or more join together. Thus, they are content to each remain alone, taking too great a pleasure in a single mutilation or magical obliteration. The one we have captured here at EPZ central is a particularly vile breed that just loves to have her/his/its tummy rubbed. Come ongive it a try!

Skeleton - If you don't know what a skeleton is then I wonder where you were during health class. These boneheaded beasts are raised by a Necromancer from a fully decayed corpse. Their weapons of choice are broadswords or scimitars and that is the focus of the magic power used to resurrect them. Without their swords they only have weak magic to hold them together and its really pretty funny when you tug on them and they come apart into a large pile, almost like pickup sticksgo ahead pull his finger. Now where did I put that big, sharp, magic sword?

Zombie - Similar to a skeleton, but with plenty of rank, disgusting meat on its bone, the zombie is a favorite when the noontime hour rolls around here at the Evil Petting Zoo. Hungry patrons need only yank off a piece of decaying flesh and slap it on the handy grill we've provided for a quick and delicious lunch. The Zombies' strength is in numbers which is why we gladly allow you to eat as much as you like, there's plenty more where that came from. Don't believe the rumors that zombie flesh is full of potent poisons and vicious parasitesbon appetite!

Necromancer - While not strictly a creature of the wild, the Necromancer is so Evil that we just had to have one for our premier exhibit. A master of the arcane arts, he is equally adept at raising the dead as he is at destroying the living. The one we have behind bars is so dangerous that even our most experienced Zookeepers are afraid to go near his cage. That's not to say you shouldn't walk right up to him and yell, "Nah-nah, Nah-nah, you're behind bars and I'm not." He really loves it when people do that...REALLY.

Monsters according to Langdon

Lizard
A beast often hiding in the woods waiting for you to turn you back on it. Often seen hunting in groups. Has very sharp teeth and eats almost everything if its bloody.

Wolf
A creature from whom we have dogs. Give it a walk or let it have a bone. Your'e legbone..Muhahaha

Zombie
An undead eks-human. Known on its very bad smell and track of lost humanflesh. I could be one of your'e own relatives so treat it nicely if you ever see one.

Succubus
A dame so pretty she can kill you just by showing herself. Use's her beauty to trick knights into her cave for dinner. Go on follow her...

The Necromancher
Are beauty in our collection...Reminds us a bit about Langdon but only a bit. This one is way more good looking. Listen to his stories and hear his magic praises. Maybe..just maybe you will be the next soldier in his army.

Skeletons
Loyal soldiers. If we just had some of these in my clan. Then we would be sure of succes...well we are allready..but these somewhat human remains dont eat, dont talk and dont ask for anything. They just obay. Oh..we cant win them all. Okay everybody who is still here now its time for the survival park. You all know Jurassic Park...this is Rom Park. Watch out for the beasts they are free in this section of our park. We belive it makes the excitement raise. Muhahaha

Spirits
Peaceful looking undeads. Moves like the winds but strikes like lightning. Can be mortal if being in large groups. Are also good contacts to long dead relatives.

Goblins
A real pain in the ass. They just keep talking. If not kept secured behind steel and locks they will run around everywhere and kill whatever they feel like. Thats why we have them going lose here.

Bats
Nice animals. Would be possible to keep them as pets but often comes with dragons or trolls which makes the food expensives very high. Easily killed and not very harmfull but a real irretation when being with trolls or dragons.

Orge's
Nice old animals. Can live for 1000 years. Often goes around hitting with a club. Dont fight anyone because its mean or likes to kill but because it thinks its funny and it likes to play. And finally our main attraction. We earn plentyfull on this one. Either on tickets income or on retreavig the visitors remains. Muhahahaha. I hope you got insurance.

Dragons.
The meanest being on the Allod. Kills because it gives pleasure. Likes to play with the victim. Has very good spell resistance and flame capabilities. Also have real good flying skills. By a plaine in our reception and join the dragon. Well I..hey where are you all...Damn always when I get to the tips they are all dead or disappered. Everytime. Well to you out there if you have noticed any animals not being here then watch out. We had bit of an accident last week and we still need to get some of the creatures back. But come again later to se the rest.
