| nevermind i got it figured out, my hat is up and i can have 3 servers up! email me for username and pass. but it wont really be up till after defiants server goes down | ||||

| well here is something. today I finally got my hat to work, i got my hat up, and my sertver to connect to that. 8). but now i have a new question. do i need another computer to run the hat, or can i run the hat, and on the same computer play on it? i tried to do both but the game crashes when my charachter logs into the map. so it looks like im going to have to find another cmputer, and another wallmount for my computer to onnect to. so i only need one answer. 1) i need to find another computer to run my hat and play on a diferent one. or 2 2) i can do both but im doing it wrong |

| I cant find them, I just moved all the hat files to my rom2 folder on my c drive but none of my servers will come up this is really frustrating and discouraging ive been looking all over but cant find a problem PLZ help me think of something that could be wrong. | ||||

| Yes i have hamachi I just cant get any of my servers to show up, i can log in to my hat but there are no servers im going to look for the .bat files but i have not seen them so far | ||||

| if you are running behind a router u need hamachi . if not check the ip adres off the server in server.cfg and also u need to start the servers with the .bat files. |

| I figured it out but its useless because i dont have any servers up, so when i log in i cant do anything,LOL so its kinda pointless.i have 2 servers registered but none of them show up. thats where i have a problem,but the readme is not in-depth enough to tell me how this could be fixed.this is where i need help | ||||

| I have recently been trying to start a hat server.just in case at some point during the year if I want a server I wont have to ask anyone. I downloaded a file called hat.zip from this website, http://www.freewebs.com/rom2/ I did what it said to start the server but when I double click on the application Hat_Eng i get an error saying, unable to start server. when i move error window over thee is a text saying this [15.11.2009, 16:34:49] EO29:Unable to start hat on address "99.24.237.194" what did I do wrong, or didn't do i'm reading the txt file trying to figure it out please help. -Stone |
