| I doubt if 99% of those cracks work, many are viruses and spyware. There was some vista cracks and downloads that were 1kb... hmm... vista being 1 kb? Just use XP, Vista is still in a beta stage, even saying that is quite generous. |

| I'm running vista with a computer I built myself, (2GB ram) and it runs fine. It is true that it is a memory hog though. Like I can't play counterstrike or games like that on the highest resolution like i used to without lagging. But it does have advantages. Once you get used to it. | ||||

| You need AT LEAST 3 GB to properly run vista. Vista just stopped working for me so I gladly installed XP. Now my computer rarely makes any harsh loading noises, I think if you use Vista, your computer will not last as long. I knew it was a piece of crap before I bought my new computer (came with vista) and you know what? I need to pay another 300$ to upgrade to ultimate in order to unlock language options for Russian programs. No thanks I'll stick with XP that has more features than vista home premium. Also another funny note was my computer had nortons preinstalled, WOW 2 pieces of crap in one bundle, both memory hogs. | ||||

| Has anyone else on here tried vista i have to say i did a clean format over xp then installed vista ultimate installed fine but what a load of crap once its one yea it looks nice and new and polished but its a complete memory hog i have 2gig of ram and it eats it takes ages to load diff programs anyway lol anyone else tried vista? btw i think they shud of just done a better version of xp kept it simple maybe something like windows 2008 | ||||
